Rinat Akhmetov "demands" money from the budget for the restoration of DTEK

Our source informs us that oligarch Rinat Akhmetov is "demanding" that money be allocated to him from the budget for the restoration of DTEK's energy infrastructure.

As its top managers claim on the telethon, DTEK has lost 50% of its capacity (if this is true and not tales of the oligarch's servants to exaggerate the losses, it will be very difficult for Ukraine).

There are several formulas that Akhmetov's lobbyists are currently promoting in OP:
1. Increase tariffs for electricity by 2 times, which DTEK sells to the state - the people.
2. Issue an interest-free loan/subsidy to DTEK for the repair of strategic energy infrastructure.

The estimated, approximate amount requested is from 10 to 20 billion hryvnias.
In conclusion: the people will pay for everything in one form or another, and the elite will earn from everything.
