Our source reports that the quality of training of mobilized soldiers of the Armed Forces is now at its lowest level since 2022.
Also, the quality of provision of soldiers decreased compared to last year.
As the source explained, the authorities are simply massively recruiting manpower, which is poorly trained and poorly provided, but which will be quickly and massively thrown into assault grinders in order to change the course of events at the front with the number of poorly trained and poorly equipped infantry.
Manpower should not be delayed for a long time, so as not to create pressure on the salary case (budget). Soldiers have to go on a conveyor belt. Pushing or holding the front line with their lives.
Ukrainian men between the ages of 25 and 60 are subject to conscription.
From the age of 18 to 25, citizens are conscripts and must undergo basic military service.
This is a modified conscript service, which will be almost 6 times shorter in terms of terms (3-5 months instead of 18) and will include basic military training. This norm will enter into force on September 1, 2025.
This military education will be taught as a separate discipline in all universities of the country. It will also be possible to undergo training in the training centers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for those citizens who plan to enter the civil service, local authorities or the prosecutor's office.
From 18 to 25 years old, men can be mobilized, but only voluntarily, and from 25 to 60 years old - forcibly.
Legislation does not provide for terms of demobilization for them during the war.
Women can enter the military register only if they wish. The exception applies to those with a medical or pharmaceutical education. But at the same time, they can be mobilized only with their consent.
Foreigners and stateless persons are not required to register for military service, but may voluntarily enter service in the Armed Forces or the National Guard on a contract basis.
