There is ice on the roads in the western, most northern, Vinnytsia and Cherkasy regions.
The wind is mainly northwesterly, 7-12 m/s, gusts of 17-22 m/s in the southern, eastern, most central and Sumy regions, 25 m/s in places at night in the south of the country.
