The director of the KSCA Health Department Valentin Ginsburg significantly increased his income last year. For 2024, it received 1.25 million UAH of salary - it is almost 400 thousand more than a year earlier. Together with her husband, the family declared UAH 2.6 million.
This is evidenced by the annual declaration of the official submitted to the NAPC.
As it turned out, in addition to the salary in the capital administration, Valentina Ginsburg received 204.79 thousand UAH of pension and UAH 25 thousand for teaching at the Bogomolets NMU in 2024. The average monthly salary of the official amounted to over UAH 100 thousand.
Ginsburg's man-Valery Voychenko, head of the State Institution “Dnipropetrovsk Bureau of Forensic Expertise” (structure subject to the Ministry of Health), declared UAH 880.36 thousand salaries and UAH 236.2 thousand pension. Its total income in 2024 exceeded UAH 1.1 million.
Thus, the joint family income of the couple amounted to UAH 2.6 million. For comparison, in 2023, Ginsburg and Voychenko earned UAH 1.85 million together. The growth is associated not only with the increase in the salary of the official, but also with the fact that she began to receive a pension.
In her declaration, Valentin Ginsburg stated that all the savings of the family are kept in cash - this is 310 thousand UAH and $ 25,000. The specified amounts have not changed at least 2023.
Regarding property: two plots in the village of Novooleksandrivka in Dnipropetrovsk are recorded on the man - one of them almost 2 thousand square meters and a residential building of 190 square meters. m. at Ginsburg itself - an apartment in Kiev for 86.7 "squares", purchased at the end of 2021.
The only family vehicle is a Mercedes-Benz Gle 400 2015 car, which is also recorded on a man.
