Tensions in the east of Ukraine are rising again, as reports of Russian troops stepping up on the border with Ukraine are beginning to appear in yet another direction.
According to reports, the army of the Russian Federation has launched an offensive in the Kharkiv region towards the village of Zelene, which causes serious concern and indignation of the Ukrainian government and the public.
This is evidenced by the map of the Ukrainian resource Deep State. The General Staff confirms that there were Russian attacks there.
Zelene is located near the border, between the two current directions of the Russian offensive - towards Vovchansk and Liptsi.
Russian publications write that in this way the Russians want to "close the flanks" of the two directions. And they add that a week ago there was already an attempted attack there, but the Armed Forces repelled it.
