Today's morning for Ukraine began with a large-scale attack by Russian troops, who once again directed their aggression at civilian objects and civilians.
The tragedy in Mykolaiv
From 04:30, the enemy attacked Mykolaiv with several waves of Shahed 131/136 kamikaze drones. As a result of blows:
- Two women died. The first death was recorded after an explosion in the residential sector, and later another tragedy occurred.
- Six people were injured , including two children.
- The infrastructure was destroyed : private residential buildings, a high-rise building, a shopping center, cars and an energy infrastructure object were damaged.
- Fires broke out , which were extinguished by firefighters.
Massive missile attack on Ukraine
At 05:42, the launch of missiles from Russian Tu-95MS strategic bombers was recorded. According to monitoring groups, 17 planes were in the air, although not all of them carried out strikes.
Russian terrorists again directed their efforts to destroy the energy system of Ukraine. Energy Minister Herman Galushchenko announced massive strikes on energy facilities, which forced the introduction of emergency power cuts in many regions.
Shelling of Kyiv
In the Pechersk district of the capital, a fragment of a drone hit a residential building, causing a fire. On the 4th floor, the wall and ceiling were damaged, a woman was injured and hospitalized.
These events are yet another proof of Russia's war crimes against the civilian population of Ukraine. The main goal of the aggressor remains the destruction of infrastructure, creation of chaos and intimidation of civilians. Ukraine continues to resist, but the price of this struggle is extremely high.
