On November 17, a large-scale Russian missile and drone attack on the Odessa region killed two people and injured another, a 17-year-old boy. He is currently receiving all necessary medical care. The situation in the region is difficult: houses were damaged, there were problems with water and electricity supplies, which are now being gradually restored.
The head of the Odessa Regional Office of the Red Cross, Oleg Kiper, commenting on the situation during a telethon, noted that heat, water, and electricity have disappeared in many places in the region. However, active work is already underway to restore the supply of water, electricity, and heat to medical institutions and residential buildings.
According to Kiper, the attack also caused fires in three private homes, and four other homes suffered significant damage. The services are currently working to eliminate the consequences of the shelling.
This attack was part of a combined missile and drone operation, during which the enemy launched over 200 missiles and drones across various regions of Ukraine.
