Yesterday, Russian troops carried out attacks on nine regions of Ukraine, in particular:
- In the Chernihiv region, the Russian army fired a mortar, causing nine explosions. Koryukiv district came under enemy fire. Information about possible losses among the local population or damage to civil infrastructure is still being clarified.
- In the Sumy region, four mortar attacks were recorded, which led to nine explosions. Three territorial communities came under enemy fire without consequences according to preliminary data.
- In the Zaporizhzhia region, Russian troops shelled 20 settlements, a total of 85 enemy strikes were recorded.
- In the Dnipropetrovsk region, the Russian army attacked Nikopol, firing 20 shells. A private house was damaged by enemy fire.
- In the Kharkiv region, about 20 settlements were shelled with mortars and artillery, and 56 artillery shells were recorded. Reports of the destruction of residential buildings were received seven times, but there were no casualties among the population.
- In the Luhansk region, the defense forces of Ukraine repelled eight assaults. In total, during the day, the enemy fired 131 times, firing 542 shells.
- In the Donetsk region, five settlements were under enemy fire, damage to 14 residential buildings was recorded.
- In the Mykolaiv region, the town of Ochakiv came under artillery fire, but there were no casualties.
- In the Kherson region, Russian troops shelled the region 67 times, firing 413 shells. The city of Kherson was hit three times.
These attacks resulted in injuries to three civilians, one of whom was in a moderate condition. Information was also received about the destruction of residential buildings and critical infrastructure facilities. Work on clarifying data and establishing a complete picture of events continues.
