The tension in the Kharkiv direction has reached a critical point. Russian troops, having concentrated significant forces, are actively preparing for a large-scale assault on Vovchansk. The press service of the operational zone of the "Kharkiv" OTG informs about the concentration of enemy forces in the quarter of the multi-storey building and the area of the Aggregate Plant.
To strengthen their assault capabilities, Russian commanders recruited additional units of the "Storm" detachment of the 153rd tank regiment of the 47th tank division. Russian troops are actively preparing for a massive offensive: in particular, they are taking measures for logistical support and concentrating forces on key positions in the city.
In particular, in Vovchansk, the enemy is planning assault actions in the block of high-rise buildings and in the area of the Aggregate Plant. The Ukrainian military is actively countering this offensive, striking enemy equipment and infrastructure. Over the past day, Ukrainian soldiers have destroyed or damaged 56 pieces of weapons and military equipment, including tanks, armored fighting vehicles, artillery systems, vehicles, special equipment and drones. In addition, 67 shelters of the enemy's personnel, the launch pad for launching unmanned aerial vehicles and ammunition storage sites were eliminated.
