Against the background of the escalation of the conflict in the east of Ukraine, the adviser to the mayor of Mariupol, Petro Andryushchenko, warns of a possible new offensive of Russian troops in the Zaporizhzhia region. According to him, the most active areas are Rozivka-Rody and Tokmak, where enemy troops are concentrated after the liberation of the territories by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).
"If we take into account the trend of the last week, we see that the enemy is again concentrating in the Zaporizhzhia region. Moreover, this time we can say that they are withdrawing troops from different regions, both from Novoazovsk and from Donetsk. They are moving towards the Zaporizhzhia region. Not through Berdyansk or Primorsk anymore. Most often, this is the direction of Rozivka-Roda, Tokmak," Andryushchenko said.
It should be noted that the Russian Federation is trying to recapture the territories liberated by the Armed Forces during the counteroffensive in the Zaporizhzhia region and in the south of the Donetsk region. So recently the Harvest was lost.
