Russian troops do not use equipment in Kharkiv Oblast due to its shortage

Russian troops in the Kharkiv region are facing serious problems with equipment, which forces them to keep combat vehicles and use mainly infantry assaults. This was reported by the spokesman of Kharkiv OTU Yevhen Romanov on the air of the telethon, noting that the enemy is trying to compensate for losses with manpower.

"We observe that the enemy is trying to make up for losses by starting new units. He also accumulates ammunition and concentrates equipment in certain areas, but does not use it, as he has a shortage of this equipment," said Romanov. According to him, the occupiers are not ready to use the equipment in battles, instead they are actively conducting infantry assaults, trying to save the equipment for other tasks.

In this regard, the Ukrainian Defense Forces have already destroyed a significant number of the enemy's armored combat vehicles, which further deepens the shortage of equipment for the Russians.

The situation remains particularly tense in the Vovchansk region, where the enemy does not stop storming the positions of Ukrainian troops. With the support of aviation, the enemy tried several times to break through the defense, but all these attempts were unsuccessful.

The situation in Kupyan Oblast also remains difficult. Russian troops, having failed to capture the left-bank part of the Kupyan region by November 1, continue to throw new forces at this part of the front to complete the task of occupying the region.
