As of Wednesday morning, October 16, the Kherson city territorial community was again under fire from Russian military forces, who carried out eight attacks over the past 24 hours. According to Roman Mrochko, head of the Kherson city military administration, the attacks hit several settlements, including Kherson, Komyshany, and Sadovoe.
The attacks damaged at least 10 private homes, two apartment buildings, an educational institution, three cars and a garage. In addition, three civilians were injured to varying degrees of severity. They were provided with necessary medical assistance.
Roman Mrochko also reported that the entire Kherson region was previously without power. The reasons are currently being investigated, and energy workers are working to restore power supply.
