Russian troops continue their offensive in the Pokrovsky direction

According to the Deep State map, Russian troops continue active operations in the Pokrovsky direction. During the past day, they were able to advance in the area of Umanskyi and south of Netailovo, which indicates the further escalation of hostilities in this region.

The movement near Netailovo potentially threatens the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Nevelsky. Russian media reports that fighting has begun for the nearby village of Karlivka (a large reservoir is located there).

The American "Institute for the Study of War" reports that Russian troops on this part of the front have advanced west of Ocheretino, northeast of Sokol and west of Solovyovoi over the past three days.

The Ukrainian General Staff reported that fighting continues near Sokol, Novoselivka Pershoya, Yasnobrodivka and Nevelsky, and "the situation is tense in some areas."
