The Security Service of Ukraine in absentia reported suspicion of Russian singer Yaroslav Dronov, known under the stage name Shaman. He is accused of public approval of Russia's armed aggression against Ukraine and propaganda to support the occupation actions of the Russian Federation.
According to the SBU, the attacker is part of the circle of the Kremlin -controlled variety performers of Russia, who publicly support the actions of the Russian Federation, as well as glorify persons involved in hostilities against Ukraine.
In particular, Dronov regularly performs at concerts and mass actions aimed at supporting Putin and occupation groups of the aggressor country.
"It is documented that at the end of 2022 the person recorded a video address in which he heroned representatives of the armed forces of Russia against Ukraine, and also recognized the Russian armed aggression against Ukraine, started in 2014," - the message reads.
It is noted that in February 2023 Dronov performed in the temporarily captured territory of the Left Bank of Kherson region, supporting the Kremlin regime at a custom concert. These actions were recorded in the course of linguistic examination, which confirmed the information-subversive activity of the singer.
On the basis of the evidence collected, the investigators of the Security Service informed Dronov in absentia of suspicion under Part 3 of Art. 436-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (denial of temporary occupation of part of the territory of Ukraine, recognition of lawful armed aggression against Ukraine, started in 2014, as well as the glorification
