The statements about Russia's ability to launch 500 or even 1000 Kamikadze drones are widespread in the information space-nothing more than hyperbole daily. Reality is much more ground. This was announced on Radio NV on the air of Defense Express Oleg Katkov.
According to him, at the end of spring and the beginning of summer, GUR estimated the daily capacity of the production of "Shahamed" at the level of 90 units. Today, this figure is probably not exceeding 100.
"If you produce 100" shahas "a day, how can you run 500 daily? Someone who talks about thousands of drones tomorrow - either not friends with mathematics, or refers to some very far" tomorrow, "Katkov said.
According to the analyst, Ukraine is actively working on neutralizing the Russian potential for UAV production. The last example was the blow of the Droam-Kamikadze type "Luti" on the "dome" plant in Izhevsk, where two production shops were affected, one of them was a direct hit in the workshop.

A specialist in electronic struggle, Sergei Flash, Beskrestnov reported that Russia is really building a new Shahheda production plant, but even in the future it is only about 700-800 drones a year. It is less than 70 units a month - not at all the scale of mass terror, as it is often declared in propaganda narratives.
In addition, Ukraine is already actively working on drones-interceptors capable of impressing Shahda in the air. At the same time, as Beskrestnov notes, Russia is already looking for means of counteracting this new Ukrainian technology - and therefore technological confrontation is only exacerbated.
Mass attacks are not only weapons but also an element of psychological war. Hyperbolized numbers, such as "a thousand drones tomorrow", play emotions and create panic. However, facts and analytics demonstrate that the Russian drone has limits. And Ukraine is already beating on them - purposefully and with the result.
