The Russians have a plan to capture Kharkiv and Sumy, but how serious are they?

Commander of the Ground Forces Oleksandr Pavlyuk spoke about the plans of the Russian Federation to attack Kharkiv and Sumy.

"Our special services say that the Russians really have a plan to capture Kharkiv or Sumy, but we do not know how serious these plans are and whether they are able to implement them with the forces at their disposal," the general said in an interview with The Times .

In particular, the offensive on Kharkiv may begin in the coming months during the expected offensive of the Russian Federation.

Earlier, the representative of the GUR, Skibitskyi, said about the preparation of the Russian Federation for an offensive in the Kharkiv and Sumy regions.
