Russian troops continue offensive operations in the direction of Chasovy Yar, which is located in eastern Ukraine. According to the Ukrainian military public service Deep State, the situation on the front remains difficult, and the enemy is actively advancing, not ceasing attempts to seize important positions.
Over the past day, they have advanced both within the city itself and on its northern flank.
Also, according to Ukrainian military observer Bohdan Miroshnikov, the Ukrainian Armed Forces bridgehead in the Klishchiivka area on the southern flank is close to falling.
"It seems that the Kleshchiyiv-Andriyiv bridgehead is beginning to live out its last days. Holding on for 1.5 years to something that has long been destroyed is a superhuman effort.".
In the context of the operation in Chasov Yar, this is, of course, very bad. And it worsens our positions in the direction of Kostyantynivka. Because after the liquidation of the Kleshchiyiv bridgehead, Chasov Yar will not be able to hold out for long. Especially since our subsidence has begun there again,” Miroshnikov wrote.
