At the beginning of 2024, Roza Tapanova, a member of the supervisory boards of two influential Ukrainian institutions — the largest oil-producing company Ukrnafta and Oschadbank, declared significant income from these institutions in the amount of more than 6.9 million hryvnias. This includes fees and bonuses amounting to more than 1 million hryvnias every month.
In particular, since the beginning of the year, Tapanova has declared 2.373 million hryvnias in royalties from Ukrnafta and 3.95 million hryvnias in royalties from Oschadbank.
Also in January, she declared 593,000 insurance premiums from Oschadbank.
For 2023, Tapanova declared 692,000 hryvnias in royalties from Ukrnafta, 4.2 million hryvnias in royalties and insurance premiums from Oschadbank, and 144,000 hryvnias in salary from the Babyn Yar National Historical and Memorial Reserve.
Since April 2021, Tapanova has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Oschadbank, and since November 2022 - also a member of the Supervisory Board of Ukrnafta.
She also works as the director of the Babyn Yar National Historical and Memorial Reserve.
Previously, Tapanova worked in the law firm "International Law Company" LLC of the head of the Office of the President, Andriy Yermak. In addition, later Yermak and Tapanova founded a bar association of the same name as partners.
