Disbandment of MSEK: The office requires the mobilization of thousands of evaders, but 90% of them are already abroad

The case of "disbanding of the MSEK" according to the idea of the President's Office was supposed to identify and mobilize thousands of defectors to the front, but most of them have already left the country.

According to our sources in the SBU, 90 percent of those who "bought disability" (not including law enforcement officers) have already left Ukraine, and at the time of the inspection, less than 1 percent of such persons will remain in the country.

At the same time, the corruption component in the mobilization process is also present among representatives of the TCC. According to our sources: "The TCC planned to "ticket" those who will be relieved of their disability, understanding that such citizens are solvent, because the "service" cost from 20 thousand US dollars. But, in fact, representatives of the TCC will be able to demonstratively send no more than 30-40 people to the front and ticket the same number, since the majority have either left the country or are hiding."

We remind you that the President of Ukraine instructed to liquidate MSEK by the end of 2024. Instead, they plan to introduce a digital European model . Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal told about it. He also instructed the Minister of Health to submit all the necessary regulatory documents and draft laws for consideration by the Cabinet of Ministers in order to complete the reform of MSEK no later than November 1.
