The prosecutor of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Prosecutor's Office Andriy Dyachenko owns expensive cars, lives in a luxurious house and has significant cash savings. At the same time, according to official documents, all this property is issued for his relatives - sister and father -in -law.
After the resignation of Prosecutor General Andrei Kostin, in October 2024, Ukraine has been living without the head of this forceful department for several months. Against the backdrop of ineffective reform of the prosecutor's office, more and more attention is drawn to investigations into prosecutors on the ground.
Earlier, journalists covered the scandals around the head of the prosecutor's office of Dnipropetrovsk region. Now the focus is his subordinate Andriy Dyachenko, who heads the first department of procedural guidance in the conduct of pre -trial investigation by territorial police bodies.

Although Dyachenko is not a public person, his name first appeared in the media after a traffic accident in the Dnieper. He was behind the wheel of the elite Lexus, which was not stated in his declaration. Eyewitnesses argued that the prosecutor was drunk, but the regional prosecutor's office quickly began to defend him.
This incident has drawn attention to Dyachenko's way of life and made it possible to analyze his wealth in more detail.
According to the declarations, Andriy Dyachenko worked all his professional life in the prosecutor's office, starting with an ordinary position with a salary of UAH 6,800 a month. However, during these years, his family has significantly improved their financial condition.
Most luxury cars used by the prosecutor are recorded on his sister Marina Dyachenko. She officially works as a hairdresser in Dnipropetrovsk region.

List of cars that have been "used" by Dyachenko's family in recent years:
- Mercedes-Benz S350-appeared in 2016, after which Andriy Dyachenko removed from the declaration a mention of his own land plot;
- Lexus ES 250 (2018) - purchased by his sister and immediately transferred to the prosecutor;
- BMW X5 (2009);
- Kia Sorento (2015);
- Lexus GX 460 (2014) - also decorated for sister;
- Audi Q7 (2017) - purchased in 2023, named Marina Dyachenko;
- Lexus NX (2020) - recorded on the prosecutor's father -in -law, although according to the declaration it is used by the wife of Andrei Dyachenko.
Interestingly, the last two machines were purchased after the start of a full -scale invasion of the Russian Federation, when a crisis lasted in the country and people tried to save money.
The housing of the prosecutorial family is also in no hurry. Since 2017, Andrey Dyachenko has lived in a house on Helsinskaya Street (former Far Eastern) in the Dnieper. At the same time, this estate officially belongs to his sister.
According to market estimates, similar homes in the area cost about UAH 10 million.
Despite numerous assets “in use”, the prosecutorial family also manages to accumulate savings.
According to the declaration, Dyachenko together with his wife keep:
- $ 45,000 in cash (30,000 in the prosecutor, 15,000 in his wife);
- They have 14 bank accounts whose information is not available in open sources.
It is worth noting that Dyachenko's wife does not have official sources of income except for childbirth assistance. The prosecutor himself lives solely on a salary.
