According to our sources, the current head of the Buchan RDA Igor Polozun for many years has been a "wallet" of top Ukrainian officials - Alexei Kuleba and Timur Tkachenko.
It is worth noting that Igor Lazun got into great politics thanks to Timur Tkachenko and Alexei Kulebi - at one time this trio worked together at the Department of City Improvement of the KSCA. At the same time Alexei Kuleb - headed the department, and Timur Tkachenko held the position of his first deputy.
Subsequently, Alexei Kuleba headed the Kiev region, and Igor Polozun took the post of chairman of the Buchan RDA for his protection. The place for Polozun was chosen by the bullet, because it was in the Buchansky district that the multimillion -dollar budgets of the repair of the housing and infrastructure damaged by the Russian Federation and infrastructure.
Alexei Kuleb entrusted these budgets for "proven people". Thus, in corruption schemes on the recovery of Bucha was illuminated Boris Lisovsky, who previously worked in the capital KP "Kyivblagoustry", where at the same time worked Timur Tkachenko and Igor Polozun.
Lisovsky was put in the director in the designed company with an error in the name - "Bully -building" Reconstruction ", which received contracts in Bucha for about 40 million hryvnias, but did not do the work.
In total, hundreds of millions of hryvnias were distributed to companies with an extremely dubious reputation for the reconstruction of the Russians and infrastructure destroyed by Russians, which in fact did not fulfill their obligations to the community.
At the same time, according to our sources, Igor Polozun as a long -standing wallet Alexei Kuleba and Timur Tkachenko, not only about the details of theft on the restoration of the Buchan district, but is also a valuable witness to all their corruption activities.
We will remind, now Alexei Kuleba holds the position of Viceremier-Minister for Recovery-Minister of Development of Communities and Territories, heads the Coordination Center for Management of Regions where hostilities are conducted or conducted, as well as territories that were temporarily occupied.
That is, Kuleba actually oversees all budgets that are allocated for the restoration of ”Ukraine, and an example of theft of funds for restoration in the Buchan district shows that it is impossible to exclude a similar situation in the scale of the state.
With regard to Timur Tkachenko, who was recently appointed chairman of the KMVA, he, together with the head of the Kiev shopping center, Colonel Vitaliy Khomyak, has already established a corruption scheme of "hole" of capital enterprises , which under the law should be recognized as "critical" for booking.
