Roman Lansky, co-founder of the IT company Strimco and co-developer of the mobile applications "Reserve+" and "Army+", traveled in April-May 2025 by the island of Bali. This information became known from his Instagram, where he openly shared his impressions on vacation. However, this trip raised a wave of questions: how did the conscript man be able to leave Ukraine when there are severe restrictions on departure for men of conscript age?
According to social networks, Lansky was approximately from the second half of April to mid -May. It was then that photos from the Indonesian resort appeared on his page. The information was the first to publish the administrators of the Telegram channel "Battalion 'Monaco' ', which records cases of potentially illegal departure of men abroad during the war.
At the same time, Lanski did not provide any explanation on the grounds of departure.
In his posts, he hints at health problems. Quote with Instagram:
"Bobik is already melted as shirts and does not export. Again +15kg per year. For the first time the Fige Chechep ... This pace of 'Bobik' is already completely dead."
Allegedly, the state of health was the reason for the "first vacation for 10 years". But was it medical treatment? There is no answer. There is no confirmation that he was traveling for a special permission or on a business trip.
Interestingly, on May 15, Luna published a new photo, probably from Ukraine. He became a blood donor - indicating a satisfactory physical condition. Medical donation is only allowed for persons without chronic diseases and in good form. This fact calls into question a version of a critical health that allegedly forced Luna to look for vacation abroad.
Given that Lanky is a military manner and did not publish any documents or permits, it is possible that his departure was either according to fictitious documents or within the framework of doubtful "armor", which is often used to bypass the law. Due to the fact that the company Strimco is related to defensive topics (development "Reserve+"), this may be the basis for departure - although the legal validity of such a decision requires verification.
