Investigation: The family and entourage of ex-prosecutor general Lutsenko own significant assets in the form of elite real estate

Journalists have published information on the number of elite real estate objects, which, according to their data, are registered to family members and close entourage of former Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko. The list includes residential buildings, apartments and commercial objects located in prestigious districts of Kyiv and suburbs.

The mass media found signs of illegal enrichment in former Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko, analyzing the property and assets owned by his family and close circle. This is stated in the "Law and Business" investigation.

"Yuri Lutsenko owns neither real estate nor vehicles. However, many assets are registered to his family and fictitious persons," the publication writes, stressing that individuals do not have official income to purchase such assets.

In particular, a number of residential and commercial properties are registered to Lutsenko's family members - his wife, father-in-law, daughter-in-law and son.

Thus, the ex-prosecutor general actually uses a house with an area of ​​more than 850 square meters in the village of Stoyanka in the Kyiv region, which belongs to his father-in-law, and an apartment of more than 180 square meters on Pechersk in Kyiv, registered for his wife.

The family also owns: an apartment with an area of ​​more than 180 square meters. meters and two parking spaces in Solomyanka, several non-residential premises in the center of the capital, a house in Dubno, Rivne region, Mercedes-Benz GLS350, Toyota Land Cruiser 200, BMW X5 and Jeep Grand Cherokee cars.

In addition, according to mass media, some of the assets are registered to nominal and fictitious owners close to the Lutsenko family. In particular, on Svitlana Ryzhenko, who together with the wife of the ex-prosecutor general worked in the Antimonopoly Committee, on businessman Hleb Zagorii and LLC "Murray" under his control, as well as on the brother-in-law of Serhiy Volokhin.

At different times, the following were registered on them: 8 apartments and 2 non-residential premises in the center of Kyiv and an apartment in Yalta.

Also, administrative buildings and non-residential premises in Kyiv with a total area of ​​almost 5,000 square meters have been registered for enterprises related to the Lutsenko family. sq. meters, a hotel-type recreation center with land near Kyiv and almost a dozen cars.

Based on the results of the journalistic investigation, the mass media plan to send inquiries regarding the detected signs of illegal enrichment to law enforcement agencies.

We will remind you that Lutsenko is close to ex-president Petro Poroshenko, suspected of treason, whose son is wanted for evading military duty. Also, Poroshenko's lawyer Ihor Golovan and the children of almost all people's deputies from "European Solidarity" are evading military service.

According to the media, Poroshenko's faction is the richest in the parliament: deputies from Eurosolidarity got richer during the war than all other deputies of the Verkhovna Rada together.
