In the framework of criminal proceedings No. 12023100050003235, investigators and prosecutors investigate the abduction of three water boats from Kiev during the war. As the investigation found out, the abduction was made by unidentified persons, but further searches led law enforcement officers to the unexpected person - former Minister of Energy of Ukraine Ivan Plachkov.
This is stated in the decision of the Defense District Court of Kiev.
Yes, the victim had boats and trailers stolen. In particular:
-Sun Tracker Party Cruiser 32 (Mercury engine);
-specialized trailer PR-platform-e;
-a motive walking vessel of the UKA-4136 brand;
- self -propelled motor walk, 1990 (engine of Suzuki DF6s ");
-specialized trailer, model 980-L (0298).
"The victim was kept in the hangar, located at the address: ADDRESS_1, which no one used and which was enclosed by the fence and gate, which closed to the castle," the order reads.
However, the boats were stolen. With the help of the "safe city" cameras, the investigation was that the boats were exported by two "Mercedes". And later, the stolen property was found on the recreation center of Trukhaniv.
“It is established that the above vehicles that transported the stolen property belonging to PERSON_5 came to the same place, namely at the recreation center of Trukhaniv, which at the address: Kyiv, Trukhaniv Island, Park Road, 12.
In the course of operational-search measures it was established that the property stolen in PERSON_5 is stored on the territory of the Trukhaniv recreation center, at the address: Kyiv, Trukhaniv Island, Park Road, 12.
The data of the Register shows that PJSC "Kyivenergomont" belongs to Ivan Plachkov. As in fact, the Trukhane Turbas itself, whose corporate rights have the above LLC.
Ivan Plachkov was at one time Minister of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine, Advisor to the President, President of the Association of Gas Companies of Ukraine and even a deputy of Kyivmiski.
Currently, Plachkov, judging from the registers, has an extensive energy business, and even involved in the NGO “Energy Research Center”, headed by energy expert Alexander Kharchenko.
The son of Plachkova - Hryhoriy Ivanovich previously headed the State Inspectorate of Nuclear Regulation, and with the beginning of the war he became an employee of NSU accounting, which allows him to avoid mobilization.
