Today we will talk about how Akhmetov's FPG continues to bend Ukraine and Western partners, with the help of the Kremlin. Forcing us to allocate aid to what we have in excess.
Probably, each of you has repeatedly asked the question, why Ukraine refuses to develop nuclear energy, becoming a hostage of morally and technically outdated TPPs?
After all, the first thermal power plants were launched almost 150 years ago in the USA. And in the territory of the former USSR, mass electrification began in the mid-1920s.
That is, the technologies are old, but Ukraine is abandoning nuclear power plants in favor of them - why?
It's all about ownership. Practically all of them belong to the oligarch Akhmetov, or to state enterprises subordinate to him. Akhmetov built a multi-level scheme of robbing Ukrainians, forcing them to pay several times the price for heat and light.
Ukrainians overpay for heat and electricity ten times more than they could pay for the same service, but from NPPs owned by the state, that is, in fact, themselves. But neither Akhmetov nor officials benefit from this.
Not without the help of the presidents of Ukraine, the country was made dependent on coal and gas, which today is mined in the occupied territories. The Akhmetov-Poroshenko scheme – "Amsterdam Plus", when coal from the occupied territories was passed off as coal from South Africa and other countries, gilded them both. The scheme, which, thanks to Poroshenko's greed, acquired gigantic proportions, forcing Ukrainians to give their last, to the joy of the oligarch.
At the same time, neither Poroshenko nor Akhmetov took this money out of Ukraine to their offshore companies.
They took it, destroying its economy and, as a result, its army. Which is clear if one mentions his partner and Russian curator of Akhmetov – Vadym Novinsky.
Related to this is the fact that at the beginning of the war in 2014, he financed the DPR and LPR, as it was in his commercial interests.
Today the situation has changed. Akhmetov is officially a victim of Putin's aggression, as due to missile strikes Ukraine lost up to 90% of the capacity of thermal power plants. People's Deputy Kurchenko assures:
"We lost 8,000 megawatts of electricity — that's a lot. Yesterday I spoke with the energy workers — 800 out of 8,000 are working. The tenth part."
Kucherenko believes that increasing the volume of electricity imports from EU countries will not help Ukraine avoid a deficit.
That's just a lie. A blatant lie. Every day, Ukraine discharges the electricity of the NPP, which is produced in excess. Resets, so that the energy deficit persists in the country.
Why? So that Akhmetov and state companies receive even more compensation from Ukraine and Western donors.
The story of the Trypil TPP deserves special attention.
On April 11, the aggressor country of the Russian Federation once again attacked Ukraine with missiles and drones. Its targets were mostly energy infrastructure facilities. As a result of the enemy attack, the Trypil TPP, located in the Kyiv region, was completely destroyed.
The other day, the Cabinet of Ministers allocated 1.5 billion hryvnias for the restoration of the destroyed Zmiivskaya and Trypilskaya TPPs.
UAH 726 million was allocated from the reserve fund of the state budget and another UAH 826 million from the fund for liquidation of the consequences of aggression.
1.5 billion hryvnias for restoration is not so much, if you remember that 9.7 billion hryvnias were allocated from the budget to protect the TPP from Russian attacks, and not a word about the fate of this money!
Maybe because this money was signed by Akhmetov's man, the head of the Cabinet of Ministers, Shmyhal. And the distribution was handled by Kubrakov and the Nayem Agency (State Agency for Reconstruction and Development of Infrastructure)?
But stolen money from the budget is not a novelty for warring Ukraine.
Another fact is much more interesting:
Two days before the attack, all documentation and some valuable equipment were evacuated from the Trypil TPP. And the first to report about the arrival of the Trypil TPP were Russian propagandists, who posted the video almost instantly.
How did it happen? Where does such coherence of actions come from?
Could it be that the Trypil TPP was attacked in agreement with the aggressor?
