Ruslan Candibar, Director of the KSCA Department of Transport Infrastructure, demonstrates a lifestyle that is difficult to correlate with his official income - about one million hryvnias a year.
This is stated in the investigation of the detective bureau of ABSSION .
Although Kandibor is officially registered in the village of Obroshyne in Lviv region, he lives in Kiev, renting a housing of 45.6 m² at the special Zhitlofund. The cost of this lease is not specified in the declaration.
The property of the official's family is striking. In the village of Obroshyne and Lviv, the family owns several land, private house, summer kitchen. Kandibor's daughter - Darina - in 2023 became the owner of a new house for 97 square meters for 650 thousand UAH. A year earlier, she purchased a share of the apartment in Lviv.
The family fleet is a separate story. It has two Mercedes-Benz, Suzuki motorcycle, retro car and trailer. One of the Mercedes - GLC 300 2018 - Candibar has purchased this year for over half a million hryvnias. The Suzuki VL 800 motorcycle cost more than 110 thousand UAH. Another Mercedes - S 550 2007 - declared for symbolic UAH 42 thousand.
Cash and bank accounts of the candidioners also indicate significant financial reserves. The official himself declared 25 thousand euros and $ 6,000 in cash. His wife saves another $ 43,000, and his daughter - $ 24,000 in cash and almost $ 29,000 in the account. In 2024, Candibar not only purchased expensive transport, but also gave a large amount to his daughter - probably $ 53,000.
In this case, the income of family members looks quite modest. The official's wife works in the Obroshinsky village council, its annual income - 365 thousand UAH. Last year Darina Candibar declared UAH 1.12 million in revenue from real estate sales. However, the investigation suggests that this income may also be associated with a close environment - a person named Roman Yarmola, which appears in the registers as a co -owner of property.
The NAPC has not yet reported the verification of Ruslan Kandibor's declarations. However, given the amount of costs, volumes of declared cash and gifts, experts suggest that the way of the official's life may be the subject of future anti -corruption control.
