The Kyiv region was again subjected to a drone attack by Russian troops at night, the airstrike lasted for more than 7 hours, and there was damage to houses, the Kyiv Regional Police Headquarters and the Main Police Department in the region reported on Telegram on Saturday.
At night, the enemy attacked the Kyiv region using UAVs. The alert lasted for more than 7 hours. Air defense forces were operating in the region. Enemy targets were shot down. There were no casualties among the population. No hits were made on critical or residential infrastructure facilities
According to police, as of 9:30 a.m., two private homes in two areas were damaged. A grassy area also caught fire. There is currently no information about casualties.
As specified in the Kyiv OVA:
- In the Buchanan and Fastiv districts, grassy areas caught fire due to falling debris from downed enemy targets. All fires have been extinguished.
- In the Fastiv district, a private house and one unfinished building were damaged by falling debris from a downed enemy target. Windows were broken and facades were damaged.
