Russia has found new ways to counter Ukrainian attacks on its ports, former Deputy Chief of Staff of the Ukrainian Naval Forces Andriy Ryzhenko said during a telethon.
According to him, the Pantsir air defense systems, which the Russians deployed in the ports, helped protect the ships.
He stated that previously the Russians had lost up to 30 ships, boats and supply vessels. But now it has become much more difficult to hit them because of the Pantsir.
