A senior Trump administration official noted in a comment to our publication that the probability of Volodymyr Zelenskyy traveling to Alaska to participate in negotiations with Russia is 5 percent.
Also, according to the official, Vladimir Putin refuses to participate in the planned negotiations with Donald Trump in Alaska, if Zelensky participates in them.
As a reminder, on August 15, the presidents of the United States and Russia are scheduled to meet in Alaska to discuss a number of geopolitical issues, one of which is the end of the war in Ukraine.
