The situation on the front is deteriorating: Russian troops have taken control of two villages near Avdiivka and are actively attacking Chasiv Yar and trying to advance towards Kurakhovo. Open data analysis expert Julian Röpke reported that the villages of Tonenke and Orlivka have already been occupied by Russian troops. He noted that the Russian attacks have led to significant losses of personnel and equipment on the Ukrainian side.
It is noticeable that the enemy is also becoming more active in the Bakhmut direction, in particular, near Chasovy Yar, located 70 kilometers north of Avdiivka. According to Yuriy Fedorenko, commander of the Achilles unmanned aerial vehicle battalion, the defense forces are managing to repel enemy attacks, but the threat of losing Chasovy Yar remains serious.
The Russian occupiers are also trying to launch an offensive in the Maryinsky direction, directing their efforts towards Georgievka and Kurakhovo. The situation in this direction is becoming increasingly tense, especially near Georgievka, where Russian forces continue to press Ukrainian positions.
The enemy's intention to push into Pervomaiske is also noted, making this area one of the hottest on the front now.
