According to our sources, in the peace talks, Russia is offering to abandon close cooperation with China in exchange for the US renouncing military assistance to Ukraine and opening direct access to all Russian markets. At the same time, Russia recognizes the US's preservation of its economic interests in Ukrainian territories.
According to sources, Ukraine has agreed to sign all clauses of the Minerals Agreement proposed by the Trump administration. This information is also partially confirmed by Ukrainian officials close to the negotiating team.
The delay in signing the agreement at the moment is due to the fact that the US still does not understand how to ensure security in the frontline territories and, most importantly, how to take control of lithium reserves in the occupied territories. Also, according to sources, there is currently no understanding on the issue of the Zaporizhzhia NPP.
