Russian attack kills six people in Zaporizhia

As a result of the enemy attack on Zaporizhzhia, six people were killed and many were wounded, as reported by the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov.

At approximately 10 a.m., the official recorded a strike by Russian forces on Zaporizhia, which hit an infrastructure facility. Initially, two people were reported injured, but the numbers later changed. According to Fedorov, six people died in the attack and nine others were injured. A fire broke out at the scene of the strike, and the injured are receiving urgent medical care.

The situation continues to escalate: as of 12:10, the number of victims has increased to 16.

In addition, military analysts report that Russia is preparing for possible offensive actions in the Zaporizhia direction. According to the NGU reserve major Oleksiy Hetman, there is a concentration of Russian troops and equipment in the Hulyaipol area, which indicates the possibility of increased hostilities. Military expert Ivan Stupak also confirmed the risk of an offensive, noting that the Ukrainian Defense Forces located in the Zaporizhia direction have been expecting new attacks for several months.
