On Monday, July 8, a missile strike carried out by Russian troops killed 42 people in Ukraine, including four children, the press service of the National Police of Ukraine reported on the Telegram channel.
The massive shelling resulted in the injury of 190 people and damage to 323 objects.
The attack on the Okhmatdyt hospital in Kyiv killed two adults – a doctor and a visitor – and injured 30 others, including 10 children. The children were taken to other medical facilities for further treatment.
In the Shevchenkivskyi district of the capital, a residential building came under fire from Russian terrorists, killing 12 residents, including three children aged 8 to 14, and injuring 25 people.
In the Dniprovskyi district of Kyiv, a rocket strike killed nine people and injured eight.
In addition, the cities of Dnipro and Kryvyi Rih were hit by Russian attacks, where businesses, residential buildings, and service station buildings were damaged. A total of 11 people were killed and 69 were injured. More than 900 police officers worked at the scene to rescue people and document Russian crimes.
