On the night of June 3, Russian occupiers launched a massive missile strike on the Zmiivska community in Kharkiv Oblast. The head of the Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration, Oleg Synegubov, reported that the attack damaged holiday homes, and there were casualties and injuries.
"The enemy fired at least five rockets at the community after midnight, resulting in hits on the territory of a recreation complex. One civilian was killed, and the details of the injured are being clarified," he said.
Two civilians were also injured, a man and a woman, Sinegubov added.
“The recreation center buildings were damaged,” he added.
Earlier, shortly after midnight on June 3, residents heard explosions in Kharkiv. Local residents determined that they came from outside the city limits. In connection with this, an air alert was declared in the Kharkiv region, warning of the threat of enemy air strikes and rocket fire.
