Russian troops were able to make a tactical advance on one of the front lines in the Donetsk region. This is the Dobropil direction, where, according to the Ukrainian military, the occupiers were able to advance in the area of the settlement of Hryshyne.
This was reported by a senior lieutenant of the Defense Forces of Ukraine with the call sign Alex in his Telegram channel "Officer".
According to him, Russian units have achieved some progress in this settlement and may try to develop an offensive towards the village of Dobropillya, and later - towards the city itself.
"Head-on assaults from the Bilytskyi and Rodynskyi sides have not yielded the desired results for a long time, so [the Russians] are gradually shifting their focus in that direction," the military officer noted.
Thus, the enemy can change tactics and try to bypass the fortified positions of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
