Russian troops are moving a large column of equipment and personnel through temporarily occupied Mariupol towards Polohiv and Hulyaipol in Zaporizhia Oblast. This was reported by Petro Andryuschenko, head of the Center for the Study of Occupation.
According to him, a large-scale organized movement was recorded in the city: seven tractors with armored vehicles, fifteen trucks with Russian military personnel and ammunition, as well as escort vehicles - several UAZ vehicles.
Andryushchenko noted that the equipment had a characteristic Russian marking — a “triangle within a triangle.” The trucks and auxiliary vehicles looked new, not after repairs. In his opinion, this indicates not a partial patching of losses, but a full-scale strengthening of the Russian army’s strike group in this direction.
"This is not 'patching holes', but full-fledged strengthening. Therefore, it is not worth talking about 'stabilization' near Hulyaipol yet," he emphasized.
DeepState analysts confirm that the situation in Zaporizhia region is becoming more complicated. According to their data, the Stepnohirsk and Primorsk regions are actually turning into a "gray zone" due to constant maneuvers of Russian units and active searches for weak spots in the Ukrainian defense. The occupiers are trying to bypass the fortifications around Hulyaipol and continue the pressure on this section of the front.
According to experts, the recorded transfer of forces is the largest redeployment of Russian troops through Mariupol in the last year.
