Russian aggressors often try to target rescuers, volunteers and civilians who help to eliminate the consequences of shelling. This could include the use of FPV drones or the dropping of explosives, which increases the risk to those near the front lines.
According to information from the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, specialists of the Center for Strategic Communications and Information Security have developed a number of recommendations to ensure security in such situations.
Basic tips:
- Be careful of objects in the air : If you hear the sound of a drone or see one in the sky, immediately head for cover. If the drone is hovering over you, it means that the enemy has noticed you. In this case, it is important to hide quickly.
- Behavior in a vehicle : If you see a drone while in a vehicle, immediately leave the vehicle, pull off the road and seek cover.
- If the drone has fallen : If you have seen the place where the drone has fallen, call the emergency services or the police immediately on 101 or 102.
These simple but important rules will help reduce the risk to life and health when working in dangerous conditions near the front line.
