In Kiev, the entrepreneur will be tried for the illegal construction of a restaurant complex on the shore of Lake Telbin. He not only occupied communal land unauthorized, but also forged documents to legalize his actions.
According to the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office, the entrepreneur seized parts of three land in the Dnieper district of the capital without any permits. The total area of the unauthorized occupied territory is 0.1535 hectares, and it belongs to the territorial community of Kiev.
Despite the lack of any legal grounds, the man built a restaurant complex and began to rent it to other entrepreneurs.
In order to legalize the unauthorized objects, the entrepreneur resorted to forgery. However, law enforcement officers exposed the scheme, and now the businessman will be responsible for court. He is charged with the following crimes:

The prosecutor's office directed an indictment in court and filed a civil claim for damages to the territorial community of Kyiv.
If the court recognizes the entrepreneur guilty, he is threatened with a fine, restriction of liberty or imprisonment for several years, and illegally built objects can be demolished.
