Samsung will first show its long-awaited smartphone with three displays by the end of October on the sidelines of the APEC 2025 summit, which starts on October 31 in South Korea. RBC-Ukraine reports this with reference to TechRadar.
According to sources, the smartphone's launch will be more of a technology showcase than a full-fledged presentation. The device will be shown under glass, without the possibility of testing or assessing the strength of the structure. The premiere at the APEC summit confirms previous rumors about the demonstration of a triple-screen smartphone at this very event.
It was previously assumed that the presentation would take place at the end of September, but it was postponed. Samsung notes that the device will be released by the end of the year, and sales are not expected to start before November. The smartphone will be available on the global market, unlike some models with flexible screens.
According to insiders, the new product will have an internal folding mechanism with external and internal screens, three batteries and the flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite chip. The expected price of the device is about $ 3,000. For the category of experimental smartphones with flexible screens, this cost is considered predictable.
