Specialized Anti -Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP) initiated the process of confiscation of assets of the former acting. The head of the DPS department in the Sumy region Artem Snezhka, who previously headed the Department for Combating Laundering income.
The SAP has found a number of property owned by Snezhka, which was probably acquired as a result of illegal enrichment. In particular, it is a car Lexus RX 350 (2022), three apartments and non -residential premises, the total cost of which is over UAH 7 million.
Artem Snezhko, who held management positions in the State Tax Service in Sumy region, is a person involved in the investigation concerning the illegal acquisition of property. According to the prosecutor's office, he purchased a premium car, as well as several real estate objects, including three apartments with a total area of 159.9 square meters. m and non -residential premises for 18.4 square meters. m. The value of this property is estimated to be UAH 7.03 million.
According to the court decision, the property was seized in order to secure a claim aimed at confiscation of assets as part of the fight against corruption and illegal enrichment of officials.
The Specialized Anti -Corruption Prosecutor's Office is actively working on this case, and the seizure of property is only the first step in the long -term process, which can lead to confiscation of assets and further trial. Prosecutors do not exclude that after the investigation is completed, Snezhko may be criminally liable for illegal enrichment, which is a violation of the legislation of Ukraine.
