The State Bureau of Investigation, together with the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption, exposed the facts of unjustified enrichment of the former head of the Kharkiv regional shopping center Artem Trebesov. The result was the appeal of the SAP prosecutor to the Supreme Anti -Corruption Court with a claim for confiscation of property of the official of the official in the amount of UAH 4.85 million.
We are talking about two expensive cars - BMW X6 (2023) and Toyota Camry Hybrid (2022), which were purchased during 2023-2024. At that time, Trebesov held the positions of the head of the district and acting head of the regional shopping center.
The investigation showed that family costs were much higher than their official income. The financial documents confirmed that the acquisition of the specified property was economically unjustified.
During the period of consideration of the case, the court seized all the property revealed, as well as initiated the removal of one of the defendants - the chief executor of the Obolon Executive Service.
Anti -corruption activists have repeatedly raised the issue of abuse in the Kharkiv shopping center during Trebesov. It is about business grounds, armor trade and covering.
In addition, it became known about a separate case against his godfather - the former chief of Lozovsky shopping center Arthur Vorontsov. He is suspected of threats to the murder by the activist Zoryani Handi and the beating of Alina Bologova's volunteer. The prosecutor's office also initiated the confiscation of the two elite cars used by Vorontsov, although they were formally registered for his mother -in -law. The total cost is over UAH 3.4 million.
The investigation is ongoing, and law enforcement officers promise to give the public a complete picture of the scale of corruption in the system of military commissariats.
