The Specialized Anti -Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP) reported the suspicion of the senior operative in particularly important cases of the Department of Criminal Investigation of the National Police Vyacheslav Miroshnik. He is suspected of involvement in the corruption scheme associated with the People's Deputy from the "servant of the people" Nicholas Zadorozhny. The court decided to arrest the miller with the right to make a bail of UAH 850 thousand.
The National Anti -Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the SAP have previously reported the suspicion of the People's Deputy Nikolai Zadorozhny. According to the investigation, he demanded a "rollback" in the amount of 14% of the amount allocated for the repair of the water supply in the village of Mala Pavlovka of the Komyshansk community of the Okhtyrsky district of Sumy region.
10% of the amount were assigned personally to Zakorozhny.
4% - for local law enforcement officers who were to provide "unobstructed funds".
The total amount of bribe, according to the investigation, amounted to UAH 3.4 million.
Investigators found that Vyacheslav Miroshnik was also involved in the corruption scheme. It was arrested, setting the pledge of UAH 850 thousand.
The right -wing thing is gaining momentum, and law enforcement officers do not rule out that new persons may appear in it. NABU and SAP continue the investigation to expose all participants in the corruption equipment.
The prosecutor's office is expected to insist on full detention for Miroshnik, as well as to further expand the list of suspects in the case.
