The Security Service of Ukraine opened a criminal case against Alla Kindzerska, a doctor of the Regional Medical and Social Expert Commission (MSEK), and her husband Serhiy Kindzersky, head of the Social Insurance Fund for Temporary Disability in Khmelnytskyi Region. The couple is suspected of illegal enrichment, which lasted from 2017 to 2024.
According to official data, the couple owns a significant amount of real estate, including:
- Land plots:
- In the villages of Chinadievo and Sinyak, Mukachevo district, Zakarpattia region.
- Three plots in Khmelnytskyi.
- Residential buildings:
- Two in the village of Sinyak.
- One in Chinadievo.
- Apartments:
- Two in Kamianets-Podilskyi.
- An elite apartment in the Fontan residential complex in Khmelnytskyi, decorated for their daughter Elena.
- Other real estate:
- A plot of land and an estate with an area of 300 square meters. m in an elite area near Khmelnytskyi.
In addition, the couple owns two new cars: Volkswagen ID.4 Crozz (2023) and Volkswagen Touareg (2023) .
In 2019, Alla Kindzerska invested in the construction of real estate in Croatia, and in 2021 the family bought an apartment there. 27,000 euros in Croatian bank accounts , and the family's cash savings are:
- 250 thousand dollars,
- 100 thousand euros,
- 475 thousand hryvnias.
The total amount of savings is more than 15 million hryvnias .
According to the official declaration for 2023, the family received an income of 2 million hryvnias (salary, social benefits, car sale). At the same time, journalists discovered that the Kindzerskis are also developing a business that is not mentioned in the reports.
The couple's daughter, Olena Kindzerska, owns a house with an area of 220 square meters. m in a closed cottage town at the exit from Khmelnytskyi.
Serhiy Kindzersky assures that all the assets of the family are the result of many years of savings. However, the SBU continues its investigation, focusing on possible schemes of illegal enrichment.
