A loud investigation exposed a large -scale tax evasion scheme organized by a group of companies related to businessman Dmitry Gradoblyansky. According to the materials of the pre -trial investigation in criminal proceedings under Part 3 of Art. 212 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, losses of the state budget exceeded 165 million hryvnias.
At the center of the scheme - LLC "Capital Jewelry Factory" (Kyiv) and two affiliated companies - LLC "Avtext" (Dobropillya) and LLC "AESSENS" (Kiev). They were conspiracy with a number of individual entrepreneurs and systematically sold jewelry for cash outside tax accounting.
The striking scale of frauds. Only within the framework of one episode of imports from Italy, China and Thailand, 383.6 kg of jewelry was imported to Ukraine, of which 335 kg - gold. The cost of this product was over UAH 106 million, but only UAH 43.75 million was officially declared. According to the estimates of the investigation, such a lowering led to non -payment of VAT for 96 million UAH and income tax for UAH 69 million.
During 2023–2024, Avexto LLC did not submit tax reports at all, although more than UAH 133 million under the commission agreements received the company's accounts. Avenesens LLC acted similarly: in 2021–2024 the company did not declare income, although it received more than one billion hryvnias from entrepreneurs, covering the import of investment gold with fictitious operations.
At the same time, the Capital Jewelry Factory has changed the legal owner - now it is registered with a resident of the Black Sea and its company Metil Company LLC. Formal founders Dmitry Gradoblyansky and Yuriy Muzychenko left the companies, however, as the investigation has established, they continue to control assets through the DOBROGO Charitable Foundation.
This is a typical practice of evasion of responsibility: when owners change instead of elimination of companies, "restructuring" is carried out, but the actual management remains in the hands of the same persons. In this case, Gradoblyansky and his business partners.
