The Security Service of Ukraine exposed the highest officials of the DPSU, who crushed the crossing of evaders across the borders of Ukraine

Employees of the Department of Internal and Own Security of the State Border Service are directly involved in the process of transporting evaders across the borders of Ukraine. This is evidenced by the materials of the SBU criminal proceedings.

In particular, one of the officials of this department was exposed in the heat of the moment and served with suspicion.

It is about lieutenant colonel Yu.A. Neprelyuk. - head of the internal security group of the internal and internal security department of the 24th border detachment of the main internal and internal security department "South" of the Internal and Internal Security Department of the State Border Service of Ukraine.

As part of proceedings No. 42024022420000104 dated March 21, 2024, the prosecutor's office and the Security Service of Ukraine served him with suspicion on May 24 of this year.

The investigation indicts the official for "facilitating and organizing the illegal transfer of a person across the state border of Ukraine, outside the border crossing point, and without legal grounds."

Neprelyuk Yu.A. was notified of suspicion under Part 3 of Art. 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine with the delivery of a petition for the selection of a preventive measure in the form of detention.

Neprelyuk is a trusted subordinate of Volodymyr Mykhailovych Malyuga, head of the Department of Internal and Own Security of the Administration of the State Border Service of Ukraine.

The latter, according to operational materials, actually leads the "top" of the channels for the crossing of evaders abroad in various border regions of Ukraine.

In 2020, Malyuga held the position of deputy head of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Ivano-Frankivsk region. In 2022, he held the position of head of the Department of Internal Security of the State Customs Service of Ukraine.

At the end of 2022, he became a customs officer and worked at the Internal Revenue Service of Ukraine, but was dismissed in the wake of a corruption scandal.

Currently, as head of the Department of Internal and Own Security of the State Security Service, Malyuga does not declare himself and the information about his appointment to this position is closed. At the same time, while working in the border service, the relatives of the specified employee became the owners of a significant amount of real estate. These circumstances, which testify to the facts of illegal enrichment of the official, are currently being investigated separately by law enforcement officers.

We will remind you that the Verkhovna Rada registered a new draft law on punishments for people who evade military service. According to the text of the document, the evaders want to be fined from 51 to 85 thousand hryvnias, not put behind bars, and also involved in public works .
