The Security Service of Ukraine, together with the National Police, disrupted the plans of Russian special services for terrorist attacks in two Ukrainian cities - Poltava and Dnipro. Within the special operation, two women who worked for the Main Intelligence Administration of the Russian Federation were detained.
According to the investigation, both malefactors were previously convicted of theft and drug trafficking. After their release, they searched for "easy earnings" in Telegram channels, and it was there that they got into the field of view of representatives of Russian special services.
Women were set a specific task - to eliminate Ukrainian judges and well -known volunteers with the help of homemade explosive devices. To do this, they shared their responsibilities: one stayed in Poltava, the other went to the Dnieper.
In the Dnieper, the agent received access to the explosive hidden in the trunk of the scooter. She parked the replaced transport near the judge's car and installed a hidden survey camera. It was during the installation that the camera was detained by SBU staff. Her accomplice was detained in Poltava at this time.
As it turned out, the main task of both women performed a "test" from Russian curators - set fire to the car of the Ukrainian military.
They have now been suspected of such articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:
-
Part 2 of Art. 111 - State betrayal in martial law,
-
Part 2 of Art. 115, Part 2 of Art. 258 - Attraint on a preliminary plot,
-
Part 2 of Art. 28, Part 1 of Art. 114-1-obstruction of the legitimate activity of the Armed Forces.
Both are in custody. They are threatened with life imprisonment with the confiscation of property.
