A high-profile scandal is unfolding in Mykolaiv involving Oleg Kyrylchuk, a judge of the Ingulsky District Court (formerly Leninsky). He is suspected of using his official position to illegally seize real estate belonging to a family with young children.
We are talking about a garden plot and a residential building in the Zorya cooperative at the address: Avtomobilna St., 2, building 39. In 2017, the family officially purchased this communal plot. But already in 2019, a citizen named Valeriy Kormich appears, who, having no rights, falsifies the expert report and registers the ownership right for himself. Subsequently, the object passes first to Judge Kyrylchuk's mother, and then to him himself.
According to the victims, after the property was registered, Kyrylchuk began to exert psychological pressure, organize provocations, and damage the family's property. Moreover, he concluded fictitious lease agreements with third parties in order to create tension and force the residents to leave the house.
Despite the fact that criminal proceedings on the fact of fraud were opened on November 5, 2020 (№12020150040002934), the investigation, as the applicants claim, is being hampered by the prosecutor's office. In particular, the object of the crime has not yet been arrested, and the victims' attempts to achieve decisive action by law enforcement officers are encountering resistance.
In parallel, Judge Kyrylchuk is using civil proceedings to seek the family's eviction through the courts. According to sources, he is also flooding the authorities with unfounded complaints, likely to create additional pressure on the investigation and the judges hearing the case.
There are reasonable suspicions that Kyrylchuk is using his connections in the law enforcement and judicial systems to keep illegally obtained property for himself.
