At the beginning of this week, the State Service of Ukraine for Medicinal Products and Drug Control (Derzhliksluzhba) revealed a scandalous situation with the illegal production of medical products in the Kyiv region. These products, which did not have appropriate quality certificates, were supplied to military institutions, which highlights serious problems in the system of control and safety of the production of medical products in Ukraine.
In Obukhov, in a communal state building, a group of criminals led by citizen Ihor Tsurupa, taking advantage of the cancellation of market supervision over the circulation and production of medical devices in connection with a full-scale invasion, organized the underground production of medical falsification for the purpose of making a profit. We are talking about counterfeit hemostatic bandages for first-aid kits called "Krovospas".
This uncertified drug is not registered in Ukraine as a medicine, does not have any documents, criminals are stamping medical bandages in the basement of the Obukhov city center for creativity of children, youth and youth "Romantyk", using harmful reagents near the premises where children are engaged.
The State Medical Service conducted an inspection in May, during which it recognized the fact that it was not a legal production, but no violations were found. In one of their conclusions, civil servants state that this product is "Not for sale!!!", however, if you search on the Internet or write to the organizers of non-certified production, it will turn out that you will have to pay about 70 hryvnias per product unit. If these funds are not transferred, no one will receive anything for free. However, the officials of the State Medical Service of Roman Isaenko do not want to notice obvious violations.
The absurdity of the situation is the fact that this uncertified and low-quality product is supplied to the troops, effectively giving a futile hope of salvation for the soldier.
Also, in social networks, you can find a large number of receipts for the transfer of funds for "Krovospas" to the accounts of Ihor Tsurupa and his company NDC "Borey". That is why the conclusions of the State Public Accounts Service of the Kyiv region, with which the management obviously agrees, are insufficient, inaccurate, manipulative, and may indicate an attempt to hide the commission of a crime and downplay its essence.
Why should the budget spend money on the salaries of the head of the State Medical Service Roman Isayenko and the head of the State Medical Service in the Kyiv region Viktor Stefkivskyi, if they cannot conduct a basic check of the underground production of fakes, they show actions and inaction aimed at anything but the implementation of the law and the cessation of illegal production medical falsification in the room for children
