The National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption revealed in the declaration of the Secretary of the Artsz District Court of Odessa region Tatiana Chernihiv inaccurate information for a total amount of more than UAH 3.4 million. Violations relate to real estate, transport, income and sources of funding.
As it turned out during the check, the declaration for 2023 was not listed:

1407 m² land, which belonged to the declarant since 2021;

Two large sections of 68 600 m² and 56 600 m², leased by her husband, Vitaliy Chernev.
In addition, the document repeatedly appeared false information about the ownership of a dwelling house in the Odessa region. All these facts are a violation of the requirements of Article 46 of the Law on Prevention of Corruption.
The NACC also found serious differences between the declared and market prices of vehicles. Thus, the BMW X3 of 2017, purchased in November 2023, was indicated with a value of only UAH 50 thousand instead of UAH 987 thousand. The 2005 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter was declared 9 thousand UAH at the real market value of at least UAH 327 thousand.
The 2010 BMW X5 car was not mentioned in the declaration at all. Also, the income from the sale of two cars was not indicated, which in total amounted to at least 60 thousand UAH.
Special attention was paid to another violation - an unsecured income of 829 thousand UAH, the source of which could not be set. Together with car and real estate expenses, these costs have significantly exceeded the official income of Chernev and her husband.
In the actions, officials see signs of a criminal offense under Part 1 of Art. 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine-declaration of false information. Materials can be transferred to law enforcement agencies.
