In the northern (except Sumy), Vinnytsia, Cherkasy regions, significant wet snow at night, in some places sticking wet snow, in some places light wet snow during the day; temperature at night and during the day from 3° frost to 2° heat.
In the rest of the territory, moderate, in places significant precipitation, mainly in the form of rain; temperature during the day 3-8°C (in the east and southeast of the country 8-13°C during the day); in Crimea 8-13°C at night, 11-16°C during the day.
There is ice on the roads in the western, most northern, Vinnytsia and Cherkasy regions.
The wind is mainly northwest, 7-12 m/s, in the southern, eastern, most of the central and Sumy regions gusts of 17-22 m/s, at night in the south of the country in places 25 m/s.
